An urban infill project in the Old North End, this redevelopment involved the complete restoration and reconstruction of an existing apartment building to deliver much-needed housing within one of the city’s most underserved neighborhoods. The project introduces a mix of studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom units, repositioning the site as a contemporary residential asset while reinforcing the existing urban fabric.
