JRMA was asked to renovate an existing disused cheese processing plant into a variety of rentable spaces. The new look has attracted a number of companies from a specialty meat processing facility to an engineering firm. The interiors were stripped to the framing and new finishes were installed inside and out to accommodate the new tenants. The landscaping was upgraded to improve parking and to include more natural vegetation and exterior places for tenant use.
