This building infills a prominent corner in downtown Burlington, Vermont. The sixteen residential units sit over ground level commercial space and parking. JRMA worked wit Scott + Partners of Essex Junction to develop a building that fit the scale and context of the downtown core while filling in an empty lot and enhancing the streetscape.
