This 80,000 S.F building was conceptualized for a technology company out of Ontario, Canada. They wished to consolidate their office and manufacturing facilities in one location.  The new building is meant to convey their image as a forward thinking high tech company so JRMA designed a simple yet modern building to express this. The building is designed to accommodate solar panels on the roof which are expected to provide 40 percent of the buildings energy requirements
